Taha was a rising fourth-year majoring in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology with a minor in Spanish at the University of Georgia (UGA) when he joined our 2018 summer program to work on NRNA and M2-1 proteins. He was also a recipient of the Zell Miller Scholarship and a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta Pre-Medical Honor Society.
