Lisa is originally from Shanghai, China. She is a junior at Emory University pursuing a BS in chemistry. She minors in linguistics and loves learning new languages in her free time. In high school, she participated in mini research projects on enzyme activity and was part of the Neuroscience Club. In summer, Lisa worked as a research assistant at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where she investigated electrocatalytic chemical reactions. She is very excited about learning more about biochemical research in the Liang Lab.
